2. Our principle: the minimum

We apply the principle of data minimisation: we only collect the data strictly necessary to operate the website and handle your requests. We do not sell any data and do not carry out advertising profiling.

3. Data we process

a. Technical data (logs). When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records certain technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time). This serves to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.

b. Audience measurement (cookieless). We use a privacy-friendly statistics tool that measures website traffic in an aggregated and anonymous way, without cookies and without allowing you to be identified.

c. Data you provide to us. When you contact us (email, WhatsApp) or book an appointment, you provide certain data (name, email address, message, chosen time slot). We use it solely to handle your request.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Under the revised FADP, processing of personal data that serves a legitimate and proportionate interest does not systematically require consent. We process your data in order to:

  • ensure the operation, security and improvement of the website (legitimate interest);
  • respond to your contact requests and organise appointments (at your request / pre-contractual measure);
  • comply with our legal obligations where applicable.

5. Cookies and consent

By default, this website sets no cookies: our audience measurement works without cookies, and no advertising trackers are used.

The only service that may set cookies is the online booking tool (Calendly), on the appointment booking page. This tool only loads after your consent, given via the banner shown on that page. As long as you have not accepted, no third-party cookies are set, and you can browse the entire website without any cookies.

6. Service providers and recipients

To operate this website and our services, we rely on trusted providers acting as processors. They access your data only to the extent necessary for their service:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting (United States)
  • Infomaniak Network SA — professional email (Switzerland)
  • Calendly LLC — online appointment booking (United States)
  • Meta Platforms Inc. — WhatsApp, when you contact us through this channel (United States)
  • Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless audience measurement (United States)

We do not share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.

7. Transfer of data outside Switzerland

Some of our providers are located outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. When your data is transferred there, we ensure that appropriate safeguards govern the transfer (standard contractual clauses or a data protection framework recognised by the Swiss authorities).

8. Retention period

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

  • contact and appointment data, for the time needed to handle your request and the useful duration of our relationship;
  • technical logs, for a limited period, for security purposes;
  • audience statistics, only in aggregated and anonymous form.

9. Your rights

In accordance with the revised FADP, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to us at contact@olympos.info.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restricted to the people who need it.

This policy may evolve, in particular if we add a tool or if the law changes. The date shown at the top of the page corresponds to the version currently in force.
